Haul!

Welcome back! I know it’s been a hot sec since I’ve posted, but we are back and better than ever!

So, to start things off, I am in Houston, TX! A few of my friends from college and myself came down to visit 2 of our friends to celebrate my birthday that was this past Friday! I'm so lucky to have such amazing friends like these who will celebrate and make me feel special.

Of course when you’re on a girls trip there is shopping involved, so I am here to show you everything I bought! I am super excited for these items because they are different than what I typically would buy (mostly) so they were all great purchases.

Number one: Urban Outfitters Out from Under oversized T-shirt in black ($34)

I love this shirt because it is so simple and can be warn with multiple different outfits depending on the type of look you are going for. Not to mention, it is super cozy and very lightweight thermal material so it can be warn in any season.

Number two: Top Shop mini cord dress (black) –SALE!! ($40)

I love this dress and had nothing like it so I was super excited when I found this. Also, it was on sale which made it even better! I ended up wearing this for my birthday paired with a Pacsun yellow and white gingham crop top (bought a while ago). This is another item that is super easy to wear for multiple occasions. It was easy to throw on while still looking put together. Especially since it is so hot here in Houston, it was nice wearing a dress that allows you to feel “freed” yet still look on trend.

Number three: Free People grey sweatpant shorts with grey stars –SALE!! ($30)

These are super cute and comfortable and I love that they have the stars on them because 1.) they’re different than anything I own and 2.) you can wear them out in public  for a comfy feeling and look while still looking put together and trendy!

Number four: Francesca’s Margot Round Sunglasses, tortoise color (originally $14, but with my employee discount they were less!)

I am just obsessed with sunglasses in general but I can speak from experience that Francesca’s has quality sunglasses and many, many options too! I like these particularly because the shape looks good on my face (btw comment if you want me to do another post on what shape of sunglasses will look best on your face shape) and they are also comfortable and don’t hurt behind my ears or bridge of my nose like some styles/ brands do.
