  • Employed daily sourcing strategies for passive candidates through various recruiting platforms such as Beamery, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Hiretual to reach out to 20 potential candidates per day.

  • Conducted an average of 10 phone screens per week to gain information and assess the candidate’s background while gauging their interest in the open position.

  • Hired three candidates from passive sourcing efforts; two of which being diversity candidates.

  • Analyzed customer payments through various methods, checking for validity while using high- tech computer software. 

  • Actively sat guests according to a specific floorplan while creating a welcoming atmosphere to build customer loyalty and a positive return rate.

  • Delivered updated knowledge of menu items, ingredients and preparation methods to customers via telephone while simultaneously entering each order into the computer resulting in accurate order placement.

  • Created a program manual including documentation that outlined previous strategies used to facilitate the fundraiser to allow easy reproduction in future years.

  • Elected to be the chapter delegate to serve on the Junior Panhellenic Council Board for Indiana University to discuss current issues facing Greek Life while creating a closer community amongst all 4 Greek councils.

  • Generated a differentiation plan that focused on the concept of fast fashion and appealing to a new demographic of customers.

  • Developed a new technological assessment that partnered two retail companies together and allow for a more efficient digital experience.
